I am going to talk to all of you about Yoga and Ayurveda.
We have inherited Yoga and Ayurveda from our forefathers but we could not understand the power of this heritage in the glare of the modern world.
The Corona epidemic has turned us back towards Ayurveda and Yoga. The world has seen and accepted the power of Yoga and Ayurveda.
The word Yoga was first written in Rigveda.
The word Yoga is derived from the Sanskrit word Yuj which means to join.
Yoga is the ancient science of our India.
Ayurveda means knowledge of life
Every year on 21st June the whole world celebrates International Yoga Day. It is a matter of pride for every Indian.
Prime Minister Modi said – Yoga is a priceless gift of our ancient India.
Yoga plays an important role in keeping the balance of body and mind.
By doing asanas, the body becomes flexible and strong.
Pranayama strengthens the internal system.
Meditation keeps the mind calm and focused.
That is why all of you are requested to adopt yoga and make the body healthy.
